Payment Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to work with Dr. Tracy Leibach of Cooper's Corner Productions, LLC for your life skills coaching needs. To ensure clarity and a smooth working relationship, please review our payment terms and conditions below:

Payment Structure

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin work. This payment secures your spot in our schedule and covers all planning and development. Delivery of service costs will vary based upon the nature of the service and any travel expenses that may be incurred as a result of service delivery.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe or Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted. Details will be provided upon invoicing.

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place because of the significant time and resources invested in each consultation, training or planning from the start.

Client Responsibilities

Timely feedback is required from the client to ensure that the consultation goals remain in focus.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of project cancellation by the client, any payments made are non-refundable, and the client will be responsible for any work completed beyond the initial deposit.

Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed project will be transferred to the paying client. These rights are only afforded to paying clients. Copying content without permission is strictly prohibited. Until payment is made in full, Cooper's Corner Productions retains ownership of all work produced.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information and project details are kept confidential. We will not share your information with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment or signing an agreement with Cooper's Corner Productions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms and conditions.
